2022 in Review
As a friend of mine recently said, “I don’t think I ever really adjusted to 2022.” He said this as he relayed the fact that whenever he wrote the date he would continually default to writing 2021. His brain was stuck there. Well, since the dawn of COVID I think we can all relate. Our sense of time passing has gotten a bit warped. BUT 2022 did happen. . .I have photo evidence! Although, I must admit I don’t have as much evidence as we would have liked. I can’t tell you how many times Kate and I had just finished an event or said goodbye to the last person after hosting a gathering and then turned to each other and said, “We didn’t take any pictures!” We’re terrible at publicity:) But below is a sampling of all that God did in and through Dandelion this year. Enjoy!
Early in the year we headed to South Carolina to minister with our friends at St. John’s and St. Michael’s
Then it was renovation time! Converting our attic into an art/music studio with the help of our new buddy, Hayes, who just happened to be a contractor from South Carolina and had moved to New York for the year. The Lord’s amazing provision!
All the while, in between traveling and construction, season 1 of Betsy Bible is in production.
Kate and I made time to get into the studio ourselves to keep creating. Sometimes that was more complicated than others…like hauling her huge canvas up a ladder.
We hit the road again to Maryland to lead a church retreat and then onto Pittsburgh to teach a Art and the Gospel course at Trinity School for Ministry.
Summer Bible Study with families
Party Time! Loving our neighbors through Easter Eggs, Pumpkins, Christmas Cards, and Birthdays
Africa!
On the Road Again! South Carolina to Boston
Podcast Coming Soon in 2023!
We’re so grateful for all the ways the Lord has moved this year! Thank you for supporting us and being a part of all of it!
THANK YOU!
